In preparation for the relocation of our office from Havertown, PA to Media, PA, we met with a number of moving services and the staff at Hughes Relocation Services were first-rate from the very beginning. John & Kyle met with us on-site on two different occasions, ensuring that we thoroughly understood each & every step in the process, the number of staff who would be on-site for the various parts of the move and when various portions of the move would be completed. Each & every member of the Hughes team was courteous, professional and more than willing to do whatever we asked of them. John was on-site at our old location on moving day to ensure things started off smoothly and he continued to check in throughout the two days and then came back a few days later to ensure we were fully satisfied. We could not have been more pleased with the move and could not have chosen a better relocation services company. .

Used Hughes for my recent home relocation – Brian came out to give an estimate (arrived when he said he would), he has a nifty tool to estimate the cost & the proposal was in my inbox before he left, the pre-move coordinators were friendly and helpful, the guys who did the move were on time, handled everything with care, fixed a few pieces of the kids furniture that were broken long before they arrived… and the job was done within the exact proposed budget…. they also followed up to make sure everything met our expectation. Used Hughes Relocation Services and was very happy with both the pre-move process, the move itself, and the post-move evaluation. Every step of the way someone from the company was checking in to make sure things were going well. I have to call out some great folks with the company to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! John came out promptly and provided an estimate asap. The movers Rob, Trey and Gage were outstanding – on time both days, highly professional, and of course incredibly strong and fast! And Michele called both days to check in to see if everything was going well. All in all, this was an exceptional moving experience and it went off without a hitch! My family is 100% happy with having chosen this company out of 3 companies we interviewed.

I have used Hughes Relocation (which used to be Fisher/Hughes when I first started using them) FOUR times to move. That in itself says a lot. John, the estimator, is excellent. Even before the iPad, his estimates were right on. My main packer, Art, has loaded me the last two times and he is also excellent at his job. I have never had anything broken. The thought of moving causes serious physical pain, but this company has made it the most painless that it could be.

Our daughter had used Hughes a few years earlier and strongly recommended them. We were very pleased at the professional competence at both ends of the move. The workers did a tremendous job and were friendly and helpful as well.

The following morning the movers came. 3 men arrived at around 8:30 or so and immediately set up and began loading our belongings in to the truck. It took them about 11 hours start to finish to load and unload everything which was longer than we had expected it to take, but not the end of the world. All in all we were very pleased with the services Hughes provided us with. IF we ever move again, which I’m hoping not, we would absolutely use them again!

We needed a packing and moving company VERY last minute for our 1,200 square Hughes relocation service was able to come out quickly to give us a quote and pack and move our belongings a week later. The packing crew came an hour earlier than they were expected which was awesome! At 8:15, 2 very nice women showed up and packed our entire home in about 8 hours. The only time they stopped was to take a quick 15 minute lunch break. They were very friendly and professional however there was a slight language barrier, but we were able to work past it.

We were very pleased the movers and the entire experience. We packed many things ourselves and they packed our valuables among other things. They were very professional and took great care to pack and handle our goods.

Wonderful! We did our own packing , but the loading and unloading went as smooth as silk. Gary is a true professional and kept everything calm and efficient. He had a great associate Dave and both gentlemen were hard workers and completed the job in a timely fashion. Great company!

We used Hughes Relocation last week when we downsized from a large home to a town home. The driver & his team showed up on time, were organized and carefully moved all of our furniture. Some of the furniture was a tough fit for the new house, and the guys did a great job making it work. No problems, stress-free move. Definitely recommend them, friendly, professional, and the original estimate was right on the money

We had an excellent experience using Hughes Relocation Lansdale. John got back to me the same day and was able to do an estimate using photos that I sent to him. Their rates were competitive. The movers were very focused and worked hard to get all of the items safely packed and moved. They were very competent. Joy, who was our coordinator, was available for the duration of the move and knowing that she was available gave me peace of mind should I have needed help. We would definitely recommend using Hughes Relocation Lansdale.

Great service – would absolutely recommend. Brian provided an estimate. He was very professional. Joy was in the office. She was kind and warm. Mike and Keith did the actual move. They were awesome. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and just all around good guys. This service was worth every penny. I couldn’t believe how fast Mike and Keith got everything out of the truck and into the new space. Hopefully we won’t be moving again any time soon…but in the future, I will ask for them by name.

Good move. Great customer service; always answered questions promptly and courteously. Household goods treated well, and flooring covered prior to moving any heavy furniture or boxes. Goods delivered on time and in good condition.

I hired Hughes as a recommendation from a friend of mine. They were accommodating and very responsive. They knew exactly how many boxes I would need and the movers were super helpful and friendly- Went above and beyond helping me pack the rest of my things. They were organized and diligent. Didn’t take a break they really were focused and hard working. I will definitely use them again when moving!
