John & Kyle met with us on-site on two different occasions, ensuring that we thoroughly understood each & every step in the process, the number of staff who would be on-site for the various parts of the move and when various portions of the move would be completed. Each & every member of the Hughes team was courteous, professional and more than willing to do whatever we asked of them. John was on-site at our old location on moving day to ensure things started off smoothly and he continued to check in throughout the two days and then came back a few days later to ensure we were fully satisfied. Thanks To Everyone At Hughes Used Hughes for my recent home relocation – Brian came out to give an estimate (arrived when he said he would), he has a nifty tool to estimate the cost & the proposal was in my inbox before he left, the pre-move coordinators were friendly and helpful, the guys who did the move were on time, handled everything with care, fixed a few pieces of the kids furniture that were broken long before they arrived… and the job was done within the exact proposed budget…. they also followed up to make sure everything met our expectation. Very Happy Used Hughes Relocation Services and was very happy with both the pre-move process, the move itself, and the post-move evaluation. Every step of the way someone from the company was checking in to make sure things were going well. I have to call out some great folks with the company to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! John came out promptly and provided an estimate asap. The movers Rob, Trey and Gage were outstanding – on time both days, highly professional, and of course incredibly strong and fast! And Michele called both days to check in to see if everything was going well. All in all, this was an exceptional moving experience and it went off without a hitch!
